Adding Bleed and Crop Marks on Packet before printing

Hello,

I have a Sales Packet PDF that is 6 pages front & back. The printing company just asked if I could add a 1/4 inch bleed on all sides and crop marks. I'm pretty green to all of this so not sure where to make these changes and save it to send to them for printing. This packet is full of pictures/graphics also.

I found an old post from 2016 on this subject saying I just need to "add priner marks" but when I click that button, nothing happens. I did have the Standard Acrobat DC but upgraded to Pro to I could do this, but it is still not working. Any help or guidance would be appreciated!
