Adding Comments in Adobe Acrobat mobile

I really really want to use the commenting feature in Adobe Acrobat for iOS on my iPad. But I can't seem to figure out after applying an annotation to text such as strikethrough, to add a note to that strikethrough text like I do in Acrobat for desktop. Is anyone else experiencing this limitation? Am I missing something?
