Adding Custom Document Message Bar

Hello everybody,

I am currently working with JavaScript API for Acrobat in PDF files and I was wondering if it is possible to add a custom 'Document Message Bar'(The blue bar that pop ups when you open a signed PDF or the purple bar when you want to highlight form fields e.g. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/filling-pdf-forms.html).

I've been looking trhough the API documentation for ages but I could not find anything useful. Maybe one of you guys knows a workaround or something similar or atleast can tell me that it is impossible.
