Adding multiple footers

Community Beginner ,
Dec 01, 2018 Dec 01, 2018

Hi,

Is there any way to add multiple hooters at the same time?

For example, in 15 pages document, I would like to add "Document I" in every page and "Page1-14" on the page 2-15.

Thank you.

Hi Kent,

As I understand, you are trying to add the footer Document I on each page of the PDF.

However, the footer for Page1-14 should start from Page 2 and end till page 15. Am I Correct?

If yes, then sorry it is not possible to add two different footers at the same time.

You will need to add footers two times. First, you can add the footer "Document 1" for all the pages.

Then you can add a new footer to add the page number and can select the page range from where you wish to add the footer.

You may take help from this document Add headers, footers, and Bates numbering to PDFs, Adobe Acrobat.

Hope that helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
