Adding Multiple Signatures to a Form

I need to have a document signed by 3 individuals. On the document 3 lines are placed in-line with each other for the signatures, when i drag over the first signature box it also appears in the space provided for the other 2 signatures. I then have to delete the box for Signature 2 and Signature 3 and drag across the appropriate signatures to the relevant boxes.

How does you create the signature fields?

The signature fields are created when I enter the 3 email addresses in the Send page, they are available to the right of the screen when preparing a document - I click and drag the Signature across and place it on my document.

Yes I am using Adobe Sign.
