Adding one page change link to multiple pdf pages at once?

Question: I have a 388 page report that is saved in Acrobat. I have multiple links throughout the document that refer to certain charts in the appendix (which is the bulk of the report). Now the client (actually the client's client!) has had me add a TOC in front of the appendix and to each appendix page I need to add a "Return to Appendix Table of Contents). Instead of making a page change link several hundred times, is there anyway to make a page change link across multiple pages (in Acrobat). Thanks!

If all these "links" will be in the same location, I would add a button instead of a link on the first page where you need this functionality, and create a button action to go to the TOC. Then right-click on the button and select to "Duplicate Across Pages". This will create an instance of the same button on every page that you select on the next dialog (either all, or a page range).
