Hi, I have a LiveCycle form that was created years ago so not possible for me to use it. I have the pro version of Acrobat and I created the form in IND and made it interactive. It has 2 tables and I want a button that can be clicked to add more rows or remove them from each table. I am aware that I need javascript but I need guidance to do so. Can someone show me how?

This is not possible in an Acrobat form. It's not as dynamic in the way that an LCD form is.

You can add the fields in advance and then show/hide them, or spawn/delete entire pages, though.
