Adding shapefile to PDF

I found a tutorial (appears to be on Adobe website) that describes using Acrobat Pro DC to add shapefiles (SHP) to a PDF to make it a geoPDF.  When I follow the steps and get to file selection, SHP is not an option.

Any clues?
