Hi, I usually add sound files (mp3) to pdf documents, but can no longer do this. Has anyone any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks 🙂

I just gave it a try, and was successful in adding an MP3 to a PDF. Interestingly, it would not play... for a minute or two. I clicked to play it, hard nothing, went on to something else on my computer, and then it played on its own a minute later. Once that happened, I could click at will, and it played for me.
What version/OS are you running?

What is your Acrobat version? The presednce of FLASH technology tells me it's older, and out of date, maybe?

Flash has been retired by Adobe, and programs that rely on that technology have been updated to no longer use Flash. Acrobat is included in this. I highly recommend upgrading to the current version of Acrobat Pro DC... especially if media is part of your workflow.

I have Acrobat Pro DC, which is part of a subscription. With the 'price of admission' comes steady updates, so you would always have the latest & greatest available to you.
My best,
Dave
