Adobe $1000 Mystery Charges and No Call or Email Support

New Here ,
Feb 03, 2024 Feb 03, 2024

I am looking for an email so I can contact someone from support at Adobe regarding billings I'm receiving on what's supposed to be a free account (I use to have an account but cancelled this over a year ago).

I moved to the UK sometime ago from Canada, have not looked at my Canadian credit card statements for sometime. Checking today I noticed adobe has charged me 5 times since just the end of December for $30. These charges go back all the way until last year.

However I do not currently have an active plan. Your chat service will not provide a call number or email for support if I do not have a paid account.

I have checked all over your site and have not found any number or email for me to contact.

Please let me know if anyone has a number of email for me to contact support.

To be clear, it shows currently that I have not been charged on my account, but I am receiving consistent monthly withdrawls from my credit card from Adobe.

Adobe does not provide email support, at least not as a first point of contact. Beware of people contacting you here and offering such support. If they don't have the "Adobe Employee" tag under their name, they are most likely scammers.

Go back to the chat and type "agent" or "phone" to get the phone number for your country.

Adobe does not do support by phone either. They use Chat and X (Twitter).

  •  X (formerly Twitter): Send post to @AdobeCare.

… and when the chatbot says it will connect you only, if you have an active plan, you need to lie, and say that you want to buy a plan… 😉

Not true. If you type "phone" and have a phone number associated with your account, they will call you.

@try67 and @JR Boulay

I've tagged @Sil.C , @Kanikas , and @Jeffrey_A_Wright  to chime in on the phone support question for both of you.
