Adobe 2020 Pro "Installer quit unexpectedly"

When installing Adobe pro 2020, I get the following error message:

Installer quit unexpectedly.

Adobe Pro (ver 2020) software installs successfully on iMac (M1), but not on MacBook Pro (M1) both running Monterey OSX. I am at a loss why I cannot install Adobe Pro 2020 on my MacBook pro.

Any insight would be gratefully received.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

As the error says, "Installer quit unexpectedly," we'd suggest a couple of troubleshooting steps try:

1- Reboot your computer

2- Run this cleaner tool to remove any old traces of the application https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html 

3- Use this link to download the setup for Acrobat 2020 https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html
