We're having trouble activating Adobe Acrobat 2020 on our user PC.
When Adobe acrobat 2020 is successfully installed on the our user computer, it pops up a window asking to log in to the account when it is opened for the first time.
But when entering the account and password, it always stays in a blank screen.
Due to recent our changes to the proxy server rules, users' computers are no longer allowed to bypass the proxy server to connect to internet.
We believe it may be because Adobe Acrobat still tries to bypass our proxy server when activated. cause this problem, hope to find a solution.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Please try removing the Acrobat using the cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html and see if that works.

Thank you your suggest but unlucky, it still fail to complete the activation which we are setup on a new PC.
There have any configuration we can change for the proxy setting of Adobe Acrobat 2020 activation? We need make sure that the Acrobat Licening Application is connect to internet via our proxy.
