I completed the fresh install and registration with my brand new DIY Lenovo laptop which include licenses for MS Office 2021 and Adobe Acrobat.
Then, I find that the Acrobat has no response whenever the laptop is offline, failing to open any pdf file and even the program itself!
I contact the local(HK) CS of Lenovo. They just refer me to the help link of Adobe after days. And that's why I am here.
I have not tried to connected to the Internet to test if it runs because I need to finish some file management that oneDrive created problems for me whenever there is a connection. I am now using my mobile phone to post here.
I was able to run Adobe Acrobat(by Desktop icon) once after installation and registration.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
What is the version of Adobe Acrobat 2020 are you using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 20.05.30418 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
Also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-windows.html and check.
Regard
Amal

Please do think before you do brainless reply by copying&pasting standard links. How am I suppose to click the help tab if the program cannot even run? Plus, I already 'check updates' as I always do after installation.

Sorry for the trouble and the confusion; please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once, and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html and see if that helps.
