Hi,
I juse Adobe Acrobat 2020 Prof. with the MS Outlook Plugin (MS 365).
In the past, when I print an E-Mail to a PDF-document, it works fine.
I use the function:
Open the email > File > Save as Adobe PDF-File
deutsch: Ich öffne die E-Mail > Datei > Als Adobe PDF-Datei speichern
This is neccessary, because I want to include the files of the email in the PDF-document.
That means, the size of the email was normal and a long email was printed on severals pages.
Since a few weeks, it is just printed on one page and the text is very small.
Do you have an idea, where I can change the behavior?
Thank you for your help.
Andreas

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.206XX installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Also check for any pending/missing updates for MS office and try updating it and see if that works.
If its a work machine, please reach out to the IT admin at your work and see if that works.
Let us know how it goes.
