Hello,
We still have some Acrobat 9 CDs....yes, you read this right. So, we got a new plotter and when printing from Acrobat 9 it prompts users to pick paper size via the new printer's options menu after click "Properties" in Adobes print menu. The think is, when clicking on the new printer's paper size you must chose the paper size/ settings, and click ok, then do it twice or it won't change the paper size in Adobe. It's not like this in other PDF applications we have.
As this is LONG not supported, I was wondering if any one new of a way around this?
