Hello @Hexa Global

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for your trouble with Adobe Acrobat.

Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version. To check the version, please refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

2. iOS version.

3. Are you experiencing this freeze issue while launching the Adobe Acrobat application, viewing, or using any tools?

4. Please share a video recording of the happening situation.

Also, try rebooting the machine manually, launch the Adobe Acrobat application and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates.

Reboot the machine again after updating Adobe Acrobat and check.

You may also refer to and try the suggestions from the following help article Troubleshoot Mac OS 10. x system errors, freezes | Adobe software

If you still experience the freeze issue after updating Adobe Acrobat, please use the Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Acrobat - Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs.

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Acrobat from  Download Adobe Acrobat.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Krutikka
