Bonjour ! 

Malgré des résintallations, Adobe Acrobat ne démarre pas.

 

Message d'erreur : 

Impossible d’ouvrir l’application « Adobe Acrobat ».

 

Processeur : 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7 6 cœurs

Graphisme : AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 Go
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 Mo

Mémoire : 16 Go 2667 MHz DDR4

 

Mac OS Sonoma 14.1.1 (mais c'était aussi le cas avec la version précédente)

Is this a personal computer or IT-managed work machine? If you aren’t an administrator of your Mac, the administrator may be preventing you from using the app. Contact the administrator of your Mac as described in the help page https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchlp1519/mac 

 

You may also try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html  , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
