Working with a large document exported from InDesign (1346 pp). Wishing to reduce file size for ease of transfer, but Acrobat crashes. Tried "analysis," same result: it crashes. Any suggestions how I can locate the issue and act to correct?

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

Acrobat 9 is an old and unsupported version, and not compatible with Windows 10, so such issues are to be expected. You can try running it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7, but that's about it.
