A lot of our users are having issues with Adobe crashing in our Citrix VDI enviroment. In most cases crashes are occuring when opening files when Adobe is already open or when combining files.

Unsure if the instruction code matters, or tells us anything, but it is never the same from crash to crash. While the exeception code is always the same. Due to the nature of being in VDI I do not believe that the repair option does anything, nor is uninstalling and reinstalling an easy option either.
