Hi @DIMITRIS30678183njzw , Please share your version of OS and Acrobat version. To be able to investigate the crash issue, we would be needing logs. Would you mind following the steps and share dumps.

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html

Secondly,

If you are on Windows, please share the value of GUID present at ‘Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CommonFiles\CRLog’ in the Registry Editor?

If you are on Mac, please share the latest crMac_________.log  archived at: ~Library/Logs/Adobe/LogTransport/Archive/AdobeAcrobat/<version> ?  please share the contents of the logs here?

Also, please share the plist present at (~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.crashreporter.plist)

Regards,

Subrato
