Adobe Acrobat DC 32 Bit Slow to open & close files on multiple users

I have 3 users that when opening and closing files adobe says not responding but eventually opens and closes the file.  I have reinstalled Acrobat DC 32 but within a week the problem is back.  I have applied all updatesto both Windows10 and Adobe, I have changed # of files open in Preferences, I have changed security settings.  Any other suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the opening and closing of PDF files is slow for some users and you have tried most of the troubleshooting with no luck

 

Please try to reset the Acrobat Preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to create a new test user profile in Windows with full admin rights and try using the application there and check.
