How do I fix this? I have tried every suggestion from Adobe that I have read on here and none of it works.

As mentioned, that application crashes on launch. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?
Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Enhanced Security" and "Protected View">OK>Reboot Acrobat.
Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you turn it back On once you are done with testing.
