Adobe Acrobat DC installation problem

Dear all,

I get "We can't verify your subscription status" from Jan for a user. I try download and reinstall the Acrobat then I get error 21, I click on the download button to download the installed again. This time I get P206 error message. Any idea?

Forget to mentioned that we are using Windows 7 Pro SP1.
