I have an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro account as part of my creative cloud account; however when I open it, only basic Acrobat (not pro) functions appear. For example, editing (like watermarking) and flattening, and protecting are not available. Trying to click on editing for example, brings me to the website and then asks me to 'BUY" it. When I click through to buy it, I get the message "You already have this product". Anyone else ever seen this? Right now I have uninstalled it and am trying to reinstall but again, Adobe won't let me get the Pro version.

You're using Adobe (Acrobat) Reader instead of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Make sure you open the right application.

Thanks. I uninstalled acrobat all together and Adobde won't let me download pro. Sort of the same problem, now with downloads. If I try and download pro it says I have to buy it, then when I act like I am going to buy it, I get the message"you already have this product".

Hi rwredhead,
Sorry for the delayed response.
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for creative cloud student and teacher edition.
Try installing Acrobat Pro using your creative cloud desktop app and check if that works. Refer to this help document for the same:

Go to 'Help' tab in your Acrobat Reader and choose 'Install premium features' from the drop-down menu.
Don't forget to be logged into your Adobe Acrobat DC Pro account.

It's Install Premium Features is only there 50% of the time, if that. We have 130 licenses and have to uninstall and reinstall 1/2 the time to get Pro working. This single install crap is BS that does not work.

I had to that had install Premium Features in the last month or so. Then had one yesterday that she was signed in to Adobe Reader, and it was not an option. Tried updates, said it was up to date. Did a repair, still not an option. Had to uninstall and reinstall and it was an option.

Thank you, finally!!! - That was really frustrating, I lost a lot of time with that... -.-
Oh wow, Adobe really needs to fix this ASAP! Such a stupid nonsensical idea to implement it like that!
