What is the differnce between Adobe Acrobat DC (that comes from Adobe Creative Cloud) and Adobe Pro DC?

No difference.

DC is the version number and license model (subscription in this case. There's also a "perpetual license" version, currently called 2020). Beside that there are two "flavors" for Acrobat: Pro and Standard (the latter is only available on Windows). So the application's full name is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
