Adobe Acrobat DC will not let me edit

im logged in to my Adobe Acrobat DC and im on the same computer that i bought it with but now it wont let me edit

Please ensure you are not using Adobe Reader, you should use Acrobat DC.

Could you please elaborate? What exactly are you trying to do and how?

Nb: Adobe is the company, I suppose you want to edit files that are located on the Document Cloud?

adobe acrobat giving me wont edit.  clear the cache.  I did this uninstall force stop clear cache everything.  and on pc it is not working well either

Sorry for the troubled experience. 
Does it happen with all the files? What happens when you try editing a file in the Acrobat desktop app? Is it possible to share short video of what is happening?

I'm moving this from Enterprise & Teams to Acrobat .
