Adobe Acrobat Docs not loading with large drawings

New Here ,
Sep 30, 2025 Sep 30, 2025

I am having issues with users having repeated issues with Acrobat Pro PDFs that contain drawings not loading the content or very very slow

The docs are stored locally on the user's laptops

Have tried a complete re-install, repair and installed latest updates but the same issues persist!

Does anyone have any possible solution at all?

Hi dave_1947,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4mHcx8K

If the issue still occurs, try a clean install using the steps suggested in the following help document:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/48DGvan).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3VIlvHX.

Please share a sample file in which the issue occurs so we can check. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers that are in use.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

We are getting this issue for multiple users on all type of connection (wired and wireless).

The PDF's with large drawings open fine in Adobe Reader and only cause issues in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hi @dave_1947

Thanks for reporting the issue to Adobe. Would it be possible for you to share a sample test pdf which exhibits this behavior for debugging and also conform the Acrobat pro version you have on the machine.
