Which version of Adobe Acrobat, and which type — Pro? Premium? Standard? Reader?

What computer platform are you running Acrobat on — Mac or Windows?

What version of MSOffice?

Did Acrobat get installed before or after the MSOffice install?

And, did you try getting viable export options out of Acrobat like RTF text for Word/CSV comma-delimited text for Excel?

Knowing the answers to these questions will help us help you get the results you're looking for.
