Adobe Acrobat hangs at certain file

For a while now I've been trying to get a PDF file to work on my PC. I have used this file on my laptop before and initially thought the reason for the hanging/crashing was a corruption of the file. Now when I tried to download a "clean" version of that same file (article from a big research magazine, trusted file), the same thing happens every time. None the other people working with this same file have this problem. To explain what happens exactly: The file opens, I can scroll for about 3-6 seconds, adobe acrobat becomes unresponsive, I have no other option but to close Acrobat the hard way.
These are the things I have tried:
I deleted the Adobe Acrobat application and downloaded a clean version. I updated this version, I repaired this version, I changed Security (enhanced) settings by disabling protected view, disabled smooth text rendering, disabled "show large images", enabled open as administrator, enabled compatibility mode for Windows 8, checked whether Windows and GPU drivers were up to date, and logged off from my adobe account.
None of these things changed anything. Now you could say: It's just one file, whatever, but this file is currently important for a project, and I want to be able to prevent something like this in the future.
The Windows logs gave me only this information:
The program Acrobat.exe version 24.5.20307.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Hi Ravi,
Sorry for the late reply, here is the ID: ec825e36-7d2a-4a03-bbfb-168583c3f1db
If nothing can be found here, I could also try to run Adobe with different settings. This time I used "reduced settings" and had to close Adobe manually, but with the "normal" settings I usually use, the application hangs/freezes, and then crashes.
