Hello, I get the error message "Adobe Acrobat has crashed. Click this balloon to reload the extension" when trying to load Google Chrome. Any ideas?

Hi,
It looks like the Adobe Acrobat internet pmugin is bad.
Uninstall it from your browser and reinstall again.
There is a tendency for plugins that fail to update automatically when other apps update, so manual installtion is needed.

I have the same problem as the OP. but I can't access any of the tools, settings, etc. in Chrome. Everything is completely locked up everytime I launch Chrome. I need a way to delete the plugin without opening Chrome.
Any help is appreciated.

If you suspect that the Chrome browser is the problem see some suggestions below:
If none of that works, or is related to your issue, and the problem is manifesting for every account in that system then follow these other suggestion:
(Just trying to rule out if it is related to a system wide setting that is affecting that user account and blocking the browser app from executing at all.)
So navigate here:
C:\Users\[login_name]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
