Acrobat is a joke. I can't tell you how many times it just doesn't work. Half the time it works, and the other half of the time, you can't do anything. When I can't do anything, it's either because not a single document will even open up, or if you are able to open it up, the loading bar just goes around and around and around and you can't edit anything. It just freezes up.
I have restarted my computer several times. Restarted Adobe several times. Checked to make sure I have the most current version downloaded, and I do. Logged out of all Adobe applications and logged back in, and it's still the same issue. I was not able to edit ANY of my documents yesterday afternoon, and now, noon the following day, I still haven't been able to edit anything. This happens all the time. Doesn't matter if I'm hooked up to the internet via Wi-FI or with an ethernet cable. The problem still persists. I could not be more disappointed in this product. Get it together, Adobe.

Hi @Alex24106325esfq ,
This rant may clean up your mind, but it does not help to solve the problem. You should tell us more about the OS and exact version. Please do not mention “up to date” or “latest version” as that may or may not be true, and we can't verify. And at least with the next “latest version” it will be untrue. For the same reason, we will need the exact Adobe product name and version.
In addition, it would be helpful to add also a computer configuration: memory, disk, free disk space, screen resolution special hardware etc.
I know that some versions of Acrobat had performance problems, especially with our corporate network, where some addresses got blocked. But for now, Acrobat works just fine for me.
