Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated

After 3 hours chatting with the help desk.............

I had a valid license but kept getting the above error message. Happened if I was printing to PDF or saving as PDF. I also had an installed version of Office Pro 2019 on a new computer. Very long story short it all worked after I unstalled the preinstalled Office 365 from the computer.
