Hello, I would like to know if you can log in to Adobe Acrobat. I click on "Log in" and it just keeps loading and won't start. What can I do to fix this problem?

When you log in and launch the app, do you see any screen? For example, is it a blank screen or are you receiving any error messages? Are you using a Windows or Mac machine, and what is the version of the operating system? Is the app frozen or stuck? Please try signing out of the app, restarting your machine, and then signing back in. Check if you can use the app and its features afterwards. If the issue still persists, please reboot the machine, use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the app, restart the machine, and install Acrobat.
