Good Day Team,
Please can you assist? Adobe Acrobat is not auto-closing; there always seem to be lingering background processes that leave the application open. When users try and open it does not allow them to open a new instance of Adobe. I have to manually go into the task manager and see for any lingering processes and close them. Is there a solution for this?

@caleb_9906 Some users report that the newer interface/version causes this issue. I would try and 'Disable new Acrobat' to see if that does the trick. Go to Menu (or View) and select Disable new Acrobat Reader (or Disable new Acrobat). The application will restart, and the issue may be resolved.
