New Here ,
Jun 07, 2021 Jun 07, 2021

Hello Community,

Can someone please tell me what happened with my Acrobat not working anymore?

No matter what files I combine or attach, the only file transmitted is the Adobe Cover Page.1.png

Let me move this to the Acrobat forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

++ Adding to the discussion

That isn't an error message. That is the "Cover Sheet" for the PDF Portfolio which is displayed when the Portfolio is viewed in a tool that can't interpret the Portfolio file structure. Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to open the PDF portfolio?

Please try to open the PDF portfolio with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC application and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer first and then open it with Acrobat/Reader DC application.

Also make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat/Reader DC installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Regards

Amal
