Dear Ms. Amal
This is Yassine, As A Technical Support Engineer our employees in the company facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader it keeps crashing we tried the older version and the latest version was released on 7th of May [24.2.20736.0], please note that we are using Adober 32 Bit [21.7.20095.60881] to fix Blank PDF display in SAP GUI 7.5
Can you please advise what could be done?

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing that leads to the application crash?
Also, update the application to the recent version 24.02.20759. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
You may also try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3yHcnLp, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3wWvZL3 and see if that helps.
if it still doesn't work, please collect the Crash/freeze logs https://adobe.ly/3yHsdWo share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
