Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As mentioned you are unable to use the application and getting the error 'Not responding'

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

What is the version of the OS you are using? Check for any missing/pending updates and try updating the OS

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing that leads you to this error message?
