Just received an advice from Adobe that they are increasing the subscription price of Acrobat, saying “we hope you are enjoying your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription”.
NO – I AM NOT ENJOYING IT. Your various UI change, elimination of functionality and some remaining functionality not working, have been a HUGE NUISANCE. Requested FIXES (not new/changed functionality, but true FIXES to broken items) have taken nearly a year to occur.
It is a disgrace that you feel you can justify a price increase, considering the huge number of complaints on your community site.

@B_R2805 if you don't like the new Acrobat interface, you can 'disable' this view to go back to the old interface... that's what I have done, go to View-Disable new Acrobat.
If you are unhappy and don't do any editing of the files, just cancel it and use Acrobat Reader which is free. https://get.adobe.com/reader

creative explorer: I don't see your response as a "correct answer". Even under the older interface, there is functionality entirely missing or not working properly (eg convert web page to pdf, and add web page to pdf). While those web page items have been improved, they are STILL NOT FULLY FIXED.
I don't want to just use Reader as I use enough of the Acrobat Pro functionality to want it (eg those web page items above, adding and deletion of pages to existing pages, cropping pages, combining of file etc. etc.
The Adobe community posts reveal a high number of problems with functionality, being functionality only available (or partly available, or actually removed) in the Pro version (ie not Reader), so the suggestion to just use Reader is not reflecting what paying customers have been saying.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I'm sorry. You're absolutely right to be frustrated. I was too quick to offer a technical solution, and I completely missed the heart of your complaint. My apologies. I understand now that this isn't about a simple preference for a different look—it's about paying for a product and not getting the full, reliable functionality that you expect. The fact that a price increase is happening while core features are still broken is a tough pill to swallow, and I hear you.
Unfortunately, as a community member, I don't have the power to change Adobe's pricing or force them to fix bugs.
Note: Speaking on myself, and knocking on wood, I haven't had any issues with Acrobat. Not knowing what elimination of functionality and some remaining functionality not working as the original post doesn't mentioned that nor was there any other posts from you as well to look back to see what was in question.
