Adobe Acrobat Pro 10 TLP License invalid

Hi,

I have a Acrobat Prpo 10 TLP Volume License.

After changing my Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC my License is no longer accepted. I can install the software, but at the first start I get the message that the License No. is invalid and it switches to a demo version. When I re-enter the License No. I get the information that the No. is invalid.

Adobe 10 is out of Support, but I don't want to switch to a subscription. Has anybody a solution how to fix thsi license error?

Even if the serial number was identified as valid, you won't be able to activate (and therefore use) the application, as Adobe retired the activation servers for it a while ago.
