Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 [Have perpetual license but says trial period has expired]

I have been running Acrobat Pro 2017 on my company computer successfully since September 2017 after purchasing a perpetual license.

For some reason, I am receiving a message this week suggesting my trial period has expired and the Adobe Pro tools are disabled.

I made no changes to my system before the error started.  I have confirmed my Serial Number with Adobe and uninstalled/reinstalled the program confirmed as the correct download by Adobe without resolving the issue.

Any help getting this sorted would be much appreciated?

**It may be worth noting: I also have 20 Adobe Sign subscriptions under my Adobe ID from September 2017 - September 2018.**

My issue was resolved by contacting Adobe support via phone.  The consultant took control of my screen and removed/edited some Adobe files to resolve the issue.
