++Adding to what our community product expert has asked, could you please share more details about the issue you are experiencing with the Acrobat Pro 2017?
Please note that Acrobat Pro 2017 is now an end-of-support product whose support ended on June 06, 2022. See this article for more information: End of support for Adobe Acrobat 2017 Classic and Acrobat Reader 2017 Classic.
If you wish to install the Acrobat Pro 2017 on a new machine, you need to ensure that you first deactivate the license from the old machine, and then download and install it on the new computer, using the serial number for activation. From the Old machine, go to Help in the Acrobat app > Deactivate (or Sign Out).
Please note that you can often install and run 2017 on Windows 11, but this is outside the tested support window. If activation fails or tools behave inconsistently, the recommended remedy is to upgrade to the latest available version of the Acrobat perpetual license, i.e., Acrobat 2024, or a subscription-based license.
