Adobe acrobat pro 2020 crashes when signing documents

Adobe acrobat pro 2020 frequently crashes when signing documents but it doesn't happen every time When we open a PDF and click on the Sign Icon acrobat will give the 2 drop down saved signatures but then freeze. 

We have uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat version 2020.04.30407 and switched from pro to standard but still have the same issue. The user has recreated her signatures and it only happens sometimes.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat DC and the delayed response.

Would you mind updating the application to the latest version of the application and then checking if it works?

What we'd also suggest is, resetting the preferences of the application.
