I bought a windows laptop from Dell including Adobe acrobat pro 2020 licensed version with serial key, can I use the same Adobe acrobat pro 2020 in my MacBook?

I don't think so.  If it was installed by DELL, it's probably an OEM license which is only good for that particular machine & platform.

Further to Nancy, Serial keys for the perpetual software installs are platform-specific. Normally, with a standalone purchase you are allowed to install on two machines with a perpetual license but they have to be the same platform, but in the case of the Dell version, according to their webpage about this, your redemption code is only good for one install only.
