Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020

We have one Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 boxset which was registered with an Adobe ID but it recently unregistered by itself from that Adobe ID. We have tried to re-register the product back to that Adobe ID but in vain.

Could you please advise how we can solve the problem? Thanks.

For anything regarding registration, you wil have to get in touch with Adobe's customer support. We cannot help you with that. This is a community forum, so most people you find here are just users of Adobe's technology, just like you.
