Adobe Acrobat pro carshes after editing files

Hello,

we have a problem when I edit files in Acrobat Pro. I can open the file and after about 20-30 seconds adobe crashes with no error code. The files are around 5 MB in size. Other PDF editors work fine, we have tried several things, that are mentioned in other forum posts.

(Windows 10, newest version of acrobat pro).

- fresh installation of adobe.

- disable all security and advanced security options

- disable online sync with cloud

- disable thumbnail preview

- disable run in app container
