We have a user with Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2023.008.20533 64-bit, whose Acrobat keeps freezing temporarily while scrolling through some PDFs.

The Enhanced Security and Protected Mode are disabled in user's Acrobat Pro.

I have much slower PC, but can view the same PDFs in my Acrobat Reader without any issues.

Any ideas what could cause this issue?

Windows 10 Pro, stand-alone installer.

Adobe support advised to run the Adobe cleaner, delete all Adobe folders and install 32-bit version, that according to them has much less issues, than the 64-bit version.

The above solved the issue.

Hi @Vardan5C73 ,

Please describe in a little more detail how did you installed that version of Acrobat? (i.e. via Creative Cloud app or a stand-alone 64-bit Acrobat installer)

And in which operating system are you on?
