Hello,
we are having big problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro at the moment.
The program crashes permanently when a file is to be saved via "Save as".
The only thing that helps is to log out of the account and log back in.
This happens in the whole department where the program is used (about 10 people).
Do you have any idea what this could be?

Thank you for reaching out.
Please ensure that you are using the latest application version.
Try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document for a crash: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.
If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
Share the Acrobat and OS versions if the issue still occurs.
Collect crash logs using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html.
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
