Can I have default settings when using the prefare form so that an added text field, check boxes etc are a default color to highlight to the recipient that the section needs to be answered.

Hi there,

If I get this right, then you are willing setup a form filed like text filed, check boxes etc having a default color, so it would highlight to the recipient. Is that correct?

While setting up a form field you may right click on the filed and go to> Properties...Appearance> Borders and Colors>Select Border Color and Fill Color accordingly.

If you were referring to something else, do let us know.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Thanks Akanchha for the reply but that's not quite what I was after and I apologise for not explaining myself properly.

I understand (and have) used the properties tool/tab before to adjust text field colours etc after I have added the fields but in this instance what I was wanting is that the colour is preset and automatically added every time I go to add a text field, check button etc.

As an example: I place the add text field and the box is already blue/yellow or whatever default colour I have set up for that document.

Thank you

Danny

I got it!

To keep the current setting as default. First apply these changes and then-

Right click on the Form Field> select "Use Current Properties as New Defaults"
