Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: Error with PDF from images

Currently I am unable to convert images (jpeg, png) to pdf.
Error message: "File type not supported, ...file corrupted....
Please print a pdf in the original application"
Use Creative Suite, Adrobe Acrobat Pro already uninstalled, installed and updates installed.
Photoshop, Illustrator etc. work without problems

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. We need some more information for a better understanding:

 

1. Is this  behavior with a particular image file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check. Also please try to create the PDF from a different format file (Word,Excel) and check.

 

2.What is the version of the application you are using? To check the version go to help > About Acrobat and make sure yo have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer.

 

3. What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF file?  A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

 

Also please try to create the PDF online here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/jpg-to-pdf and see if that works.
