Hello Adobe support community:

I just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on a "Windows Server 2019 Datacenter". After installing version 20.013.20074, the Acrobat application opens up and then a white box (like a blank splash window) opens up and never goes away. If you close the white box, the application closes.

I have uninstalled, ran adobe acrobat cleaner tool, reinstalled (several times). The blank window keeps popping up.

I have uploaded a screenshot of the blank screen.

I have also uploaded the dump file (dropbox link to dmp file) - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bwqlisxu7jxvzy3/AAAPW954JMaEnMPopjFD8Y-Ga?dl=0

Please let me know how can I use the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on this server?

Thanks,

DK

Do have a parallel installation of Adobe Reader DC in the same computer?

I have this same problem with Acrobat and I do have Reader on this computer. Is that the problem?

It is possible.

Both Adobe Reader and Acrobat Pro share some of the same libraries.

Some users have reported back that when Adobe Reader is uninstalled their problems disappear.

You may also use the Acrobat Cleanup and Repair tool if you decide to uninstall Reader.
